Framingham State University, Sodexo and Boston Children's Hospital teamed up to form the Framingham State Food Study, a study to answer whether one diet is better than another to lose weight and keep it off. They had run their program for two cohort. The first two cohorts lacked the number of participants the team wanted. They wanted to see if they could increase numbers for their third and final cohort.
They reached out to MEDIABOSS to build and manage a website to capture leads and to produce both an animated explainer to help convert leads and a series of FAQ videos to improve their participants' user experience.
The digital approach was a huge success. Within weeks of the program's launch they reached their enrollment quota! Our client's said that in their experience, they had never had a wait list of possible participants before.
The FAQ videos saw a play rate average of 97% and an engagement average of 94%.
The Framingham State Food Study required a mobile friendly, easy-to-use website to capture leads for their third and final cohort. MEDIABOSS designed a multi-page website with a single-page feel. This design made it simple for visitors to find the information they needed.
A large call-to-action button, placed at multiple touch points, helped to make the sign-up step a clear and simple one.
