MediaBoss Television combines the craft of storytelling with the technology to distribute clients’ messages through television and commercial production, video marketing, live event streaming, animation, and Web-based series in an 8,000-square-foot video production studio in Framingham. Yet chief executive Erin Hayes says the greatest asset of the close-knit group of video production professionals is their passion for the work.

Erin Hayes

Erin Hayes is a seasoned event producer and visual storyteller with over a decade of experience directing large-scale live productions across the globe. In just 80 days, she produced 24 events in 10 different countries—an international sprint that speaks to her logistical acumen and creative leadership under pressure. As the founder and Executive Producer of MediaBoss, Erin has led the IMAG (image magnification) teams behind some of New England’s most iconic events, including Boston Calling Music Festival, where she directed the Blue Stage, and Comics Come Home, Denis Leary and Cam Neely’s annual sold-out comedy fundraiser, which she has produced since 2017. Her portfolio spans nonprofit galas, fundraisers, and theatrical events—from Boston Medical Center’s Vital Village and Sudbury Valley Trustees' Annual Gala, to live stage productions such as Saints, Sinners and Serial Killers and Hunting Whitey, both staged at the historic Wilbur Theatre. Whether she’s producing a multi-cam livestream or crafting a seamless on-stage experience, Erin brings a steady hand, an editorial eye, and a deep commitment to mission-driven storytelling.
